The staff were kind.

Our experience was marred by numerous issues. The reception was consistently unresponsive to our requests, leaving us frustrated and without essential assistance. The amenities were poorly communicated and access was limited, which hindered our ability to fully enjoy the hotel facilities.

The place is perfect, the staff are amicable and fantastically friendly.

And it's 20 km from Menara airport.

We had a fabulous 7 nights stay. The food was high quality and the location was particularly good. We thoroughly enjoyed a large restaurant with an international menu...

Friendly staff and nice pools

Fairly clean and perfect hotel with particularly good location to the restaurant where the food is of a good standard, just what I needed. Location: the venue was adjacent to the center of Marrakesh, which saved so much money, the desert and very clean establishment. Palmeraie district was worth visiting.

Loved the vibrant entertainment, spacious rooms, and regular shuttles to the city. The pools were fantastic!

Nice pools and friendly staff, but food was repetitive and bland.

Couples will have a blast

The staff is fantastic, especially Yahia who's always smiling and goes out of his way to help. The buffet had fresh pizza, a hit and not something you find everywhere-and the pancakes at breakfast? Simply amazing.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it's acceptable.

Amazing family vacation!

This place is such a blast! Kids loved the slides and pools. They were super clean and safe. The staff were friendly and. Breakfast had fresh omelettes which were a hit. Just wish there was more variety in the lunch options sometimes.

The pools were fantastic! There was a designated adult-only area that offered a much-needed escape from family chaos, complete with ample sun loungers. The entertainment staff brought energy to our nights with fun activities and engaging shows, even if they were mostly in French.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which could definitely improve to match the overall fun vibe of the hotel.

The entertainment crew was flipping great! Happiness and the team kept us entertained with fun activities all day. The food was lekker too, especially the Moroccan dishes-real tasty stuff. Plus, the room was clean and comfy, just what we needed after a long day.

The bar could be a bit slow during busy hours.

Can just recommend for a swift visit

Lovely room, lovely location, with easy access to the fine pools and a really good breakfast that keeps you fueled for exploring the nearby attractions.

It was all fantastic.

Had a great time enjoying the large swimming pools, especially the far one, but drinks were a 10 min walk away. The family room was spacious and comfortable but some services were unexpectedly closed .

The Standard Double Room was decent but felt a bit dated. It was clean and the mattress was super comfy, which I appreciated. The bathroom was on the smaller side, though, and could use a refresh. It was spacious enough, but not luxurious. Just a basic room for the price, really. Cleaning was done daily, and the sheets were always fresh.

In my room, I had a cool flat screen TV and a safe to keep my stuff secure. the breakfast here had a ton of yummy food to choose from and it was a big spread. I enjoyed chilling by the pool, and at the main bar, I sipped on some refreshing soft drinks. 🏊‍♂️
